That works too. Call during business hours and you will get a person who has actually been on site, not a call centre.

Answers to the common ones
How much does a renovation cost in Sydney?
It depends entirely on scope, size and the finishes you choose, which is why we do not publish price lists. As a guide, a full bathroom strip-out and rebuild, a kitchen replacement and a rear extension sit at very different ends of the scale. We give you an itemised fixed-price quote after an on-site consult so you are comparing a real number, not a range.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold current NSW builder's licensing and full public liability and workers compensation cover, and we provide home building compensation cover where the contract value requires it. We are happy to supply licence and certificate of currency numbers with your quote.
Do I need council approval?
Many renovations, including most bathrooms, kitchens and internal works, do not. Additions, extensions and structural changes usually go through either a Complying Development Certificate or a Development Application. We tell you which applies at the consult and manage the process for you.
How long will my project take?
A bathroom typically runs three to four weeks on site, a kitchen three to five, and an extension anywhere from twelve weeks upward depending on approvals and scope. You get an indicative programme with your quote and a firm schedule before we start.
Can we stay in the house during the works?
In most cases yes. We stage the work, seal off the active zone, protect floors and access paths, and keep at least one bathroom and the kitchen serviceable wherever the scope allows. For larger extensions we will tell you upfront if a short move-out makes more sense.
What happens if something goes wrong after handover?
You call us. Everything we build carries statutory warranty plus our own workmanship warranty, and because we self-perform most trades there is no arguing about who is responsible. We come back and fix it.
