Four things we do not negotiate on
Straight answers
We will tell you when an idea will not work, or when the budget does not match the brief. You would rather hear it at the quote than halfway through the build.
Fixed prices
An itemised quote with the inclusions written down. Variations only happen when you ask for them, and they go in writing before we proceed.
Respect for your home
Floors protected, dust sealed off, site cleaned down at the end of every day. You still have to live there while we work.
Finish what we start
We do not stack three jobs at once and rotate crews between them. Your project gets the team until it is done.

We come to you, walk the space, listen to what you want and tell you honestly what is and is not possible on your budget.
Fixed-price quote
An itemised, fixed-price quote with inclusions spelled out. No provisional sums hiding the real number.
Design & selections
We help you lock in layouts, finishes, tapware and appliances, and order everything before we start so the job does not stall.
Build
One site supervisor, one point of contact, trades sequenced properly. You get a schedule and we keep you updated as it moves.
Handover & warranty
A full walkthrough, a defect list closed out before final payment, and workmanship warranty on everything we build.
Structural work is where we started
Framing, roofing, re-cladding, new floor systems and load-bearing changes. The heavy end of residential building is our background, and it is why complex jobs do not scare us.
- Licensed and insured. Current NSW builder's licensing, public liability and workers compensation.
- Approvals handled. We coordinate Complying Development Certificates and Development Applications on your behalf.
- Engineered properly. Structural changes are designed and certified, not improvised on site.
- Warranty backed. Statutory warranty plus our own workmanship warranty on everything we build.
